Predictive Employment Litigation Prioritization (PELP)

PrecisOne Advisors supports legal and consulting teams with structured analysis for complex compensation and employment matters. PELP is one of the research artifacts we use to help teams prioritize where to focus investigative effort.

What PELP is
  • A prioritization framework for company-level review
  • Designed to help allocate investigative time more efficiently
  • Informed by public and government-sourced signals
What PELP is not
  • Not a finding that a claim exists
  • Not a substitute for legal analysis
  • Not compliance or monitoring software

Purpose

For investigative teams, the most expensive work often happens before a case exists. PELP is intended to reduce uncertainty by offering an early, comparative view of where systemic risk signals may be concentrated—so teams can decide what to review first.

Inputs (high level)

PELP uses structural and historical signals such as prior litigation patterns, workforce composition signals, leadership and governance characteristics, and other public and government-sourced data. Outputs are comparative rankings to support prioritization—not conclusions.

Typical use

  • Prioritize targets before committing months of investigative resources
  • Focus review where multiple signals cluster
  • Support internal discussion about where to begin deeper analysis
